Because setup work begins promptly and involves custom research and configuration, fees for work already delivered are non-refundable. If work has not yet started, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
The monthly plan can be cancelled anytime and stops future billing. The current month is non-refundable once management work for that period has begun.
